Today was a wonderful day. I woke up and hung around the house
and was having a great day. I watched some sportscenter and just
hung out it was nice. Then I get ready to go outside to an
awesome sight. My car was broken into! I had my new CD
player stolen, along with my MP3 player and my XM radio. Over
five hundred dollars worth of things stolen. I can't wait until
they plug in my CD player and hear a sermon that I had saved from
Itunes. When they plug in my XM radio and hear it on a christian
station, and when they listen to the MP3 player and hear A I Lay
Dying. Maybe now they'll be able to sell it on e-bay and have a
merry christmas for their family. Worst case scenario they listen
to the CD and learn about the grace of God.
Today was a really weird experience. I think that a year ago I
would've gotten really ticked off, but God has helped me out with my
anger so much since then that I didn't really get that upset. I
know that through insurance and other things that God will provide for
me, he has proven himself before and I feel at peace about everthing
that happens. I'm so thankful that I have more to live for than
music and cars. If I don't get to tell you before have a MERRY
CHRISTMAS, and God bless.

My day has been awesome! I have done absolutely nothing. Last night one of the guys from the youth group came over and we hung out and played X-Box and cards till like 5 in the morning. So I slept in until almost noon. I cleaned up my apartment with the help of Jared, and I think we are heading over to applebees to get some half price appetizers, and some frozen peach lemonade. It should be awesome. I love being a Youth Pastor!

How is everyone doing? I'm doing alright. Haven't done much lately. I'm taking a class at a local college to try and finish up my degree by this spring. Haha. Its crazy that I still haven't finished. My church has been great to me. I'm still enjoying being a youth pastor, and everything that goes along with it. Kristen and I have been discussing wedding details much more lately which has been fun. There is so much to do that I never even thought about. No one ever helps you out and tells you what to prepare for. Its like all the guys want to see you get overwhelmed in the same way they did. But I'm determined to not let it happen to me. For all those married guys out there that want to give me tips (other than 'run while you can') leave me a response and help me out yo.

| Fo Rizzu I'm gonna keep up to date on my xanga. I really am.
I've been having a crappy time lately. Kristen has been gone for three weeks now, and I have a little more than three weeks till she gets back. It makes for a tough time, but I'm getting along.
I've been doing tons of reading lately. Its amazing how when you are required to read you don't want to do it at all, but when you can choose the books its alright. If I would've read this much in college I would've gotten A's. Oh well C's get degrees. Well I gotta go and be a pastor tonight at VBS. It'll be fun to be in charge!!!!!!!!

I haven't written in a while so I guess I'll write something now. I've been thinking a ton about the election. I really hope Bush wins. I don't think the people in my apartment like that I have a Bush sign in the window. I can tell by the looks I get from people now that they are Kerry fans.
Something that I've thought about because of the election is when Jesus says "Blessed are the peacemakers" I find that interesting. We hear people talk about pacifism all the time. But God doesn't say blessed are the pacifists. He says blessed are the peacemakers. You know why? Because you can love peace all you want, but sometimes to truly make peace you have to fight back. I am not saying that I am glad people are dying for peace, but I understand it more now. Jesus wasn't a pacifist when he walked into the temple and saw a garage sale. He came in and overturned tables and drove people out. Doesn't sound very pacifist to me. So when you think about wanting peace, just remember there is a difference between a Peace Lover, and a Peace Maker.
